Guest Services
Qualifications: Two years of experience in customer service, sales or handling money, as well as friendly, patient and a contagious smile. Additionally, we ask that you have at least one year of experience in scheduling heavy phone appointments and can do so quickly, while still conveying a sense of warmth that our clients can feel over the phone, are computer savvy and moderately social.

Make-Up Artist
Qualifications: Two years of experience in make-up, photography make-up, teaching lessons and retail sales. Must be very friendly and social, patient, a good listener, highly self-directed and creative.

Nail Technicians
Qualifications: Must have a positive attitude and be a team player. Fiberglass experience is a plus. Texas Cosmetologist License required.

Estheticians
Qualifications: Must have a positive attitude, be a team player. Microdermabrasion experience is a plus. Estheticians License required.

Spa Assistants
Qualifications: Must be friendly, a good listener and team player, comfortable performing basic clean-up of all spa areas and capable of learning all of our spa services.

Call Center Agents
Qualifications: Handle inbound calls from guests interested in making a reservation. Must have professional phone etiquette, basic computer and typing skills, excellent customer service skills, as well as effective communication and organizational skills.
