Essential Guidelines for Your Spa Experience
We ask that you please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our spa policies prior to your arrival.
Reservations
We recommend making spa service reservations at least two to three weeks in advance to secure your desired appointment time. However, spa services are available on a daily basis by appointment and walk-ins will be accommodated when possible. For your convenience, we also recommend that you schedule your next appointment prior to leaving the spa. Pre-book pricing is available on select spa services.
Cancellation Policy
You may not be aware, but our professionals work strictly off commission. Last minute cancellations and no shows cause significant, unexpected changes in their income. For this reason, we require a credit card to secure all spa reservations. This applies to all new and existing guests. If you do not wish to provide your credit card information over the phone, you may update your information through the secure online client portal on our website prior to calling to schedule. Click here and select “SIGN IN” at the top right corner.
In the event that an appointment is canceled within 24 hours or is a no show, Management reserves the right to charge the following to the card on file:
- No call or no shows are subject to a 100% charge of scheduled services.
- Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours are subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled services.
- In order to not delay the guest’s appointment after you, late arrivals may result in a shortened service since treatments need to begin and end on time.
- All appointment cancellations must go through the spa directly and not through your individual service provider(s).
While we realize there are times when cancellation is unavoidable, we would appreciate your support in this much needed policy. If you have any questions, a member of our Management team will be happy to assist.
Check-In
If it is your first time joining us or you are having a massage, facial or body treatment, please plan to arrive at least fifteen minutes prior to your appointment to allow time to complete paperwork and change. To expedite the check-in process, we encourage guests to complete and/or update paperwork in your Client Profile at beyondbeaute.com. If you are running late to your scheduled service(s), please notify us so we can make the necessary adjustments. Your punctuality is greatly appreciated.
Amenities & Dress Code
We offer terry cloth robes and towels to all guests receiving a multiple spa services. A bathing suit or undergarment is required for men receiving a massage or body treatment. We suggest leaving your valuables (i.e. jewelry) at home. Beyond Beaute will not be held responsible for lost or stolen personal items or valuables.
Smoking
To ensure a healthy environment for our clients, smoking is not permitted at either of our spa facilities.
COVID-19 Spa Safety
We take the health of our guests and staff very seriously. For this reason, we will continue to follow all guidelines and recommendations set forth by the CDC. If you’ve tested positive for COVID-19, or been directly exposed to someone who has, we ask that you please refrain from visiting the spa for a minimum of 10 days after exposure and when you are no longer experiencing symptoms.
Cell Phone Use
To support a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere for all to enjoy, we try to leave everyday stressors outside our doors. Please help by silencing all electronic devices upon entering the spa. Should you need to make a phone call, please step away from the treatment areas and outside the spa as to not interrupt other guests’ experience. In addition, all electronic devices must be silenced or unable to be heard by other patrons. Our therapists reserve the right to ask those who may be disrupting other guests to lower their voice or end a phone call that was taken in a relaxation or treatment area.
Gratuity & Payment
Tips are not included, but are greatly appreciated when service is exceptional.
Forms of payment that are accepted are as follows: cash, checks (with proper ID), American Express, Discover, Visa, MasterCard, Spa Week gift cards, Beyond Beaute gift cards and e-certificates, and debit cards. Due to the fact that we are considered a service industry to credit card companies, we are only able to accept pre-paid gift cards, such as Visa or Mastercard, if the balance on the card exceeds the total of your spa services along with an additional 20%.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are available for purchase in spa and online through our website. All gift card purchases are considered final sale and expire 5 years from the date of purchase. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
Children
Our goal is to create a relaxing environment for each of our guests. Children under the age of 8 are not permitted in the spa treatment areas unless they are receiving a service. If you must bring a child with you to your service, they may not be left unattended or utilize electronics that could disturb other guests. Headphones are required for all phones, tablets and gaming devices.
Return Policy
You may return an item in its original condition for a refund or credit within 14 days of receiving the item. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your receipt. We are unable to process a return without the original receipt. All wearable items, such as jewelry and clothing, seasonal items, and gift cards are considered final sale.
